The INGEMMET application:

3. External Content

The application may display information from secure external sources through integrated components, which are used exclusively to present information related to INGEMMET services.

• Users cannot freely browse other websites from within the application.
• INGEMMET does not collect personal information through such external content.

INGEMMET adopts reasonable measures to protect the information used by the application. However, the use of the software and the information provided is the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Terms of Use and Intellectual Property

INGEMMET is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the software and data. Users acquire only the right to use the software and the information provided, and do not acquire any intellectual property rights.

The reproduction, coding, adaptation, maintenance, correction, transfer, sale, lease, loan, assignment, partial or total use, or transmission of usage rights is prohibited without the express authorization of INGEMMET.

The use, translation, and creation of derivative works of the system and data are authorized provided that INGEMMET is properly referenced.

This license begins after acceptance of these conditions and is granted indefinitely, but may be terminated under the following circumstances:

If the user breaches any of the terms of this agreement.

If the software and data are destroyed for any reason.

6. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

INGEMMET reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published through official channels.
